"Elia
house exceeded our expectations, the photos don't
do it justice, that's how lovley it is. Joulietta
has thought of every little deatail to make your
stay as perfect as possible. I defintley recommend
booking a car through Joulietta. We were a group
of 7 arriving on a night flight, the car rental assitant
took us straight to the villa which took all the
stress away. Within 30 mins we were having a glass
of wine by the pool. Couldn't ask for more!"

villa was excellent. Tastefully decorated and fitted
with everything you would need. Air conditioning
units in every bedroom. The owner does recommend
a car, which, if you are going further afield than
we did, you will definitely need a car. However,
the village square and the beach are within walking
distance. We ordered food from the Taste of Cyprus
food menu for our arrival and it was delicious, well
worth a try. We will definitely be going back. Oh,
and a good word for John from Johns Taxis who took
us into Paphos Town and then came shopping with us
at Carrefour. He actually came in and helped us with
our shopping."

were in Cyprus to attend the wedding of our son.
The majority of the guests were based in Paphos.
In view of this we spent a considerable amount of
time in Paphos. The villa was approx. 25 minute drive
from the harbour area, this presented the only negative
point for us. This point aside, the villa is absolutely
first class, whatever you can think of, its there.
The interior is superb, as are the appliances and
furnishings. Everything is maintained and cleaned
to impeccable standards. Joulietta and her family
are some of the nicest people you could ever wish
to meet and nothing is too much trouble. Her philosophy
appears to be "If there is a problem, tell me,
if there is not a problem, tell everyone else".
The chances of you finding a problem, however, are
very unlikely. We would have no problem staying at,
or recommending, Elia House."

of your own villa. Personal touch from being greeted
at the airport - through to the home made meals
which were well worth it. Just wish we had booked

from landing at the airport to being in the pool
can not be bad"

pack and meals that you can order in you can't
go wrong! The villa was meticulously clean and
the towels were changed midweek. All in all that

clean. The owners have gone out of their way to provide
everything one could possibly need for a most enjoyable

Thoroughly
recommend the "takeway" cuisine prepared
for guests by the owners.
The feta and spinach pie is a must. Absolutely no reservations
in recommending this property to anyone. Very friendly, approachable

touches such as personalised service, and the bespoke
menu ordering service is second to none. The location
is fantastic for those wanting a villa in a village
location yet still close enough to paphos to enjoy
all the facilities that resort has to offer. The
surprising bonus was that it was very close to an
unspoilt beach should you not wish to enjoy the excellent
