Looking

Elia
House, is a luxury, detached, 4 bedroom, 180 square
meter villa. Situated in a beautiful rural village on the
outskirts of Paphos, Elia House is lavishly furnished to
the highest standards with its own large private Roman style
swimming pool.
The ground
floor open plan comprises of a fitted kitchen with
a breakfast bar, dining area, study and lounge with patio
doors opening onto the swimming pool area. A cloakroom and
WC with basin is also located on the ground floor.
A polished
marble staircase leads to the first floor which
has a master bedroom with en suite and a double bedroom,
both with patio doors which open onto a balcony overlooking
the pool. Two twin bedrooms and a bathroom complete the first
floor.
For
many guests, their Cyprus Villa holiday is made complete
by easy access to the great facilities in Paphos. When
you stay at Elia House, Paphos harbour is
only a 10 minute drive away with many tavernas, pubs, nightclubs,
cafes,
restaurants,
shops
and
the Aphrodite Waterpark which attracts over 100,000 visitors
each year. Best of all, after enjoying a day in Paphos, you
can come back to your quiet retreat at Elia House and
relax.
As
a car is essential for those who want to get out and about,

house exceeded our expectations, the photos don't
do it justice, that's how lovely it is. Joulietta
has thought of every little deatail to make your
stay as perfect as possible. I definitley recommend
booking a car through Joulietta. We were a group
of 7 arriving on a night flight, the car rental assistant
took us straight to the villa which took all the
stress away. Within 30 mins we were having a glass
of wine by the pool. Couldn't ask for more!"

villa was excellent. Tastefully decorated and fitted
with everything you would need. Air conditioning
units in every bedroom. The owner does recommend
a car, which, if you are going further afield than
we did, you will definitely need. However, the village
square and the beach are within walking distance.
We ordered food from the Taste of Cyprus food menu
for our arrival and it was delicious, well worth
a try. We will definitely be going back. Oh, and
a good word for John from John's Taxis who took us
into Paphos Town and then came shopping with us at
Carrefour. He actually came in and helped us with

were in Cyprus to attend the wedding of our son.
The majority of the guests were based in Paphos.
In view of this we spent a considerable amount of
time in Paphos. The villa was approx. 25 minute drive
from the harbour area, this presented the only negative
point for us. This point aside, the villa is absolutely
first class, whatever you can think of, its there.
The interior is superb, as are the appliances and
furnishings. Everything is maintained and cleaned
to impeccable standards. Joulietta and her family
are some of the nicest people you could ever wish
to meet and nothing is too much trouble. Her philosophy
appears to be "If there is a problem, tell me,
if there is not a problem, tell everyone else".
The chances of you finding a problem, however, are
very unlikely. We would have no problem staying at,
or recommending, Elia House."

To

GROUND
FLOOR
Entrance
The
porch opens into the entrance hall which leads into the open
living area. The entrance is complete with shoe rack and coat
stand. The cloakrooom on the left with WC, washbasin and mirror,
is tastefully decorated in Mediterrean
blue and stone tiles.

Plan Living Area
The
open plan ground floor (approximately 6.5 x 11 meters) contains
a kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, lounge and study.
The
whole ground floor has a Mediterrean feel with a terracota
colour tiled floor, copper curtains framing beige roller blinds
on each window. The pictures on the walls depict Cypriot
scenes in copper and Mediterranean blue, adding to the
restful, soothing, welcoming atmosphere.
Kitchen
The
Gruppo Del Tongo Italian kitchen fittings contrast nicely with
the dark, high polish granite work surfaces.

front of the 27-inch TV with DVD player. A selection of favourite
movies is available.
The
Grecian white marble fireplace with rocking chair makes
an ideal spot for relaxing at any time. For the cooler evenings
during the winter months there is also the gas-fired open
coal basket for extra warmth.
A
bed settee completes the living area should extra sleeping
space be needed.
A study
recess just off the living room complete with writing/computer
desk provides a place for you to catch up on correspondence.

The
glass brick feature in the stairwell provides a light, airy
feel to the wide Grecian white marble stairway which leads
to a spacious landing encircled by 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Each
bedroom is fitted with an air-conditioner which can
be switched on to heating in the
cooler months.

patio doors open onto the large paved poolside area with 8
sun loungers, two large round tables with parasols and 8 chairs.

Roman steps are an attractive feature of the 8 x 4 meter swimming
pool, set off by authentic Cypriot earthenware
pottery in the pool area. A shower by the swimming pool
is provided for your convenience.
For
your health a high standard of hygiene is assured throughout
the year by a professional cleaning service which maintains
the pool twice a week, on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
Four
pool lights,
one located on each corner of the pool, ensures adequate lighting
at night. Discreet lighting in the swimming pool itself creates
a very relaxing atmosphere during the evening hours.
