If you are anything like me, one of the priorities in choosing holiday rental accommodation is hygiene and cleanliness.

Oh, the relief of walking into your holiday villa and just sensing the place is CLEAN!

Regretfully, many rental villas are maintained by cleaning crews that are under extreme time constraints. How can you possibly clean a villa thoroughly when you are only given 1 or 2 hours in which to complete the work?

That's why I personally oversee the cleaning and hygiene maintenance of all the villas I manage. Nothing is left to chance! My cleaning team work as long as is necessary to bring the villa up to the high standard of cleanliness I demand for my guests.

Introducing Our Villas

Three of our villas are located in Peyia, set in the hills behind the popular Coral Bay and is a short drive from the nicest beach in the area.

It offers easy access to the Akamas peninsula, with its spectacular landscapes, deserted sandy beaches and conservation projects.

Peyia's position guarantees fantastic views of Coral Bay and surrounding areas from almost wherever you happen to be.

Ayios Georgios Basilica and the fountains of Peyia, 4.5km from the village, are the ruins of two early Christian basilicas with mosaic floors. Peyia is famous for its fountains in the stone-paved village square.

Our other two villas are located in Kato Paphos within walking distance of the harbour, and tourist area with all the tavernas, restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee houses, you need. This location is ideal for visitors who do not wish to hire a car.
